Chris J Shannon is a published author and an experienced leader. He has long-term research interests in achieving better business improvement outcomes through developing people and teams, and through understanding how organisational systems can constrain them.

Chris has over 20 years experience in management and leadership roles. He has a Masters in Leadership and Graduate Diploma in Executive Leadership. He currently manages a medical research institute in a world leading university.
