Influencing Leaders

I am using a process studies approach to investigate the actions employees take to influence leaders and build stronger support for business improvement initiatives.  The initial data collection is via an online survey.  University Responses to COVID-19

I am part of a team conducting thematic analysis of survey responses on the leadership and management responses of universities during COVID-19. This research looks at the actions of a sample of universities around the world.
